Cynthia Bay cannot access chrome settings
I have tried everything, including going to the Google chrome community. Nobody seems to know how I can get the Chrome Settings Page to allow access to "settings" on that page. Everything else works normally, but I can't access "settings". Why am I locked out? I have thoroughly removed Chrome from my PC and reinstalled it after rebooting. I know I removed everything except my stored bookmarks before reinstall. Nothing changed. So I assume it's AVG blocking my settings. So I turn off the browsing protecting from AVG to prevent this. Still, I can't access settings in Chrome.

Sorry to hear about the inconvenience caused. We believe it is not AVG that is blocking you from accessing Chrome settings as it does not work even after disabling AVG. So, we request you to check and update your chrome to latest version or try uninstalling and re installing it. Thank you.
I asked Google about this and they say to see if it's my security system.... AVG. ZEN
