LogMeIn being blocked

Hi, I use LogMeIn to acces my desktop computer when away from Home
Recently it has stopped access to the Desktop. LogMeIn technical support has identified AVG as the culpri and suggested how I can 'whitelist' LogMeIn on the AVG firewall
However the AVG Firewall is not loaded on my desktop. How can I get AVG to allow acess through LogMeIn?
Below is LogMeIn advice, I don't know where to find the "Online Shield" and the "Link Scanner"

Thank you! It appears I have found the issue, the antivirus/firewall software AVG is issuing the certificate for LogMeIn. I have seen customers have success by disabling the "Online Shield" and the "Link Scanner" in order to successfully use LogMeIn.
