Couple questions

1. What ever happened to the extension in Chrome? Last year I had an AVG secure extension in chrome but now it is gone....

2. Did AVG ever fix the scanning error in the Windows 10 Mail app? I had a support ticket open for a long time with two data logs sent to AVG engineers because the mail app in Windows 10, when configured properly, would not allow AVG to scan e-mails... I haven't heard anything back since I sent my last data log a few months ago.

It seems that you have received the error message while installing the AVG WebTuneUp, Please use the link : http://download-toolbar.avg.com/partners/common/AVG%20Secure%20Search.exe to install the AVG Secure Search on your PC. Please don't hesitate to reach us for further assistance.

Hi,

For some reason the installation thinks I already have it installed. It is not listed anywhere on my computer until I looked into a hidden folder called "program data". I had originally deleted the folder out of "program data" but it has placed itself back in. How can I remove all traces when I don't see it anywhere else on my computer?
