Anti Spam

Is there a manual for Anti Spam?.

When I used Outlook Express as my email client there was a facility "delete it from the server" for POP3 accounts. I now use Outlook 2013 which doe not have this feature. Is there such a facility available for AVG Anti spam?.

I am confused. I have Paid AVG Internet Security including Anti Spam. I follow the route Options>Advanced Settings>Email Protection>Anti Spam>Settings and I open the page "Anti Spam Settings". There is an item "Move message to junk folder" which I have ticked. However I would like to delete the message, otherwise I still need to delete it from the junk folder and from the deleted items folder. There is also an item "Modify subject for messages marked as spam" which I have ticked. This does not help.
I do not think I need the Cloud Care.
