Renewal of my account

Hi,
I wanted to cancel my subscripition on Monday for my AVG internet security unlimited account, but thought your 30% off offer is acceptable for me, so I went to renewal. Unfortunately I had my paying options switched to wire, but before I could go back my order was processed. Okay, I thought, then bank transfer it is. I made the transfer right away for € 38.49. Order number: 9080191010; payment reference number: 890708470299;order date: 28 May 2018
This morning I got the message that you have renewed my subscription for €57.99, order reference:703-2715692. I asked for a refund,  because I wasn't aware that you are still going to charge me for my subscription. The refund has been accepted and my order cancelled. 
Now, my subscripition says that it will expire in 14 days, although my first order is still paid. Could you help me sort out the problem? I would have a year subscription at the €38.49 price, which I have already transferred following the instructions to a Global Collect BV company in Budapest.

I completely understand your concern. You have initiated the renewal of AVG Internet Security - Unlimited (1 year subscription) with order id 9080191010 on 28th May 2018. The order is in pending payment status, since it is a wire transfer, the order may take 8 business days to complete the transaction. I appreciate your patience in this matter.
