Karen Byth I cannot open my AVG account.
I cannot open my AVG account today.
have never had this problem before and have used it many times.
I have tried with several devices and different browsers.
It seems to login ok but then cannot establish a secure connection and gets stuck trying to open the subscriptions screen. This is the message I get:

subscriptions.avg.com took too long to respond.
Try:
- Checking the connection
- Checking the proxy and the firewall

We would like to inform you that currently we are experiencing issues with AVG MyAccount which prevents from logging in. Our developers are diligently working on it and it will fixed as soon as possible. We request you to try log into your AVG MyAccount after 24 hours.
May I ask whether you wish to view/update details in AVG MyAccount?
I could see that you have the below active subscriptions:
- AVG Internet Security Unlimited valid till 2019.10.25
- AVG TuneUp Unlimited valid till 2019.9.29
- AVG Driver Updater (1 computer) valid till 2019.10.17
- AVG Secure VPN (for windows PC) valid till 2019.9.29
- AVG Password protection valid till 2019.9.29
All the above products have auto-renewal status enabled.
Please try log into this link (https://my.avg.com/), enter your credentials and Go to the Menu in the top-left corner, and select Anti-Theft. Check if you are able to locate the android devices.

I just tried the link (https://my.avg.com/) but it has precisely the same lack of access problem and error message as that reported in my first email.
I cannot get to see any Menu or subscriptions or android devices at all.
Do you have any advice for me too, please?

Please accept our sincere apologies concerning the AVG MyAccount login issue. Do you need help to install AVG on an Android device? Please confirm which AVG product are you trying to install and we'd be glad to help.
