Betty Aytes Renewal pf AVG Internet Security
I renewed my AVG Internet Security (Multi-Device) and Virus Removal Assurance on January 4, 2019, I received a confirmation e-mail that day stating that my Order No. is 16299641638. Today I received a message stating that my subscription had expired. Please advise.

You have an active subscription of AVG Internet Security Unlimited valid till January 4, 2020. It looks like the activation is not successfully synchronized in the program and hence you are facing this issue.

It could be possible that an expired license number is still synchronized with AVG app on your PC. Follow the steps below to resolve the issue.
Open AVG Internet Security.
Click My AVG > My Subscription.
Click Logout and confirm it.
You must now see an option to click 'Remove license number'.
Click on it and confirm it too.
Now click 'Login', enter your AVG MyAccount email address and password.
Check the program expiry date, the new subscription must be activated now.
