AVG 2015

I can't uninstall AVG 2015 and the app will not open at all. Tried to reinstall but there is only the new app AVG Zen not AVG 2015 (which is now not compatible with Windows 10.) The error messages I get are Rtl190.bpl and TUBasic.bpl. Halp?!

Could you please let me know whether you are trying to uninstall AVG Antivirus or AVG PC TuneUp or AVG Internet Security? so that we are happy to assist you better. Also please be informed that we have the latest 2016 version with us and we can't go back to the older version.

It was both AVG antivirus and PC Tuneup.

We are sorry for the difficulties you are currently experiencing. We request you to run AVG remover tool in your pc to uninstall all AVG product in your pc. To run AVG remover tool for AVG Antivirus please follow the below steps :
Please click on the below link to download remover tool
http://aa-download.avg.com/filedir/util/AVG_Remover.exe
Accept the license agreement and then choose AVG Internet Security and remove it.
NOTE: Once the AVG Remover Tool has done with its process. Please go to the drive where you installed this tool and look for a folder named as "AVG Remover" and I request you to delete it manually.
