You have fucked up my computer!!

To AVG.
You have completely fucked up my computer by your latest, 10 hours durance, "de-fragmentation" of my computer.
"Ghosts" appear all the time in my browser.  All scrolling is unsmooth, and my pc is suddenly very slow.
Now your own compagny appears as ghost as well, asking me for money for cleaning up what you have destroyed.

And it is impossible to find an entrance to your support.

Please answer me on my webmail: mariannewangel@live.dk

Marianne Wangel,

To Guru
Thank you, I have already tried a million times to submit my comment and question at the above mentioned http://support.avg.com/support_contact_form.
But strangely enough, you have not installed a button to "send" or "submit" question. -In this way your support is worth nothing!
I am really loosing my patience with your compagny and your methods. You are about to look very much like Bullguard, whom I turned my back to, coming to you.
You have installed a pathway into my browser to all sorts of foul play compagnies, such as Omiga Plus, Bet 365, Reimage, Golden Goose, Star Stable etc. etc. -These methos call for foul language!

Sounds like PC TuneUp strikes again! Did you know that Windows defragments your hard drive automatically? More importantly, did you know that PC TuneUp has a Rescue Center to undo harmful changes? I hope you aren't running the version in which Rescue Center crashes when you try to use it, anyway here's a link that explains how to use it:

Dear Swami
Thank you for your answer.
-How could AVG even THINK of producing a program, PC TuneUp, that only makes problems??
I have now uninstalled the PC TuneUp, but the problems remain.
Please tell me what to do?

Marianne, Did you apply the article 'Restore changes made to your computer by AVG PC TuneUp' before you uninstalled PC Tuneup?.

What shall I dog now??

Hi Marianne,
AVG doesn't install anything pointing you to games etc.
I recommend start with uninstalling all unknown/unused programs and browser addons.
Thanks
Marianne WangelMarianne Wangel
Hi Zbynek.
AVG most certainly has destroyed the peace on my computer.
Even though I have a normally totally wellfunctioning ADD-Block, commercials are also now popping up all the time. Desturbing my reading.
-Along with all the 18 browser ghosts that I have received so far: Omiga plus, Bet 365, Reimage Windows pc reparation, Golden Goose, Star Stable, Find someone to fuck, V9x22 Surveys, AVG Automatic Maintanance, First Date, Danish Gambling, Unibet, Cine Dhest, Surveys, 100 Spins, Best Price, Top Deals, Compare.
PLEASE TELL ME WHAT TO DO??
Marianne

Did you checked Browser addons and installed programs?
If yes please provide us with GMER and diagnostic output.
Thanks

Hi Zbynek and Alan
I have now first deleted all visible programs that could desturb the computer.
-This helped A LOT!
But there still remains unvisible adds on pages which are 100 % free of adds. I can tell, because my ADD-Block detects severeal hundreds when I am on this page.
And I still can't remove the ghost browsers which stay on my pc: Omiga Plus and Bueno Search.
I have now performed the above instructed GMR, and have this information to you: mariannewangel@live.dk_28111242.7z
Hope you can help me now.
Sincerely, Marianne

Hi Marianne,
You can try refer to those removal guides Omiga plusBUENO SEARCH, but in general it is as I already recommended combination of installed program and browser addon.
Thanks

AVG Tune-up has jacked up my computer as well. Said it was a FREE one time cleaning. Once downloaded it caused me to not be able to open and Office apps such as Outlook, Excel etc etc. It changed my background. It moved all desktop icons to left and everyti me i restart PC, the whole desktop resets. I couldnt even get a browser to open until I finally got the program deleted. My PC is still screwed up as we speak and no idea how to fix it. This is a MAJOR issue for me because my work email is Outlook... and now I cannot access the thousands of emails saved. Any assistance in fixing this would be greatly appreciated. btw, I called AVG and they gave me no help. I then today see this feed where someone said to rescue PC... well I wish I had known that before deleteing the program. I guess I am just screwed now. Thanks AVG!!!

AVG has completey decimated my computer.  Tune-up has made it so that no programs, i repeat NO PROGRAMS can be opened. i can click them but nothing happens.  Antivirus has made it so that about roughly 60% of the websites i visit daily are not longer accessible.  this is garbage malware. avoid at all costs.  I am a paralegal and my law offices have lost thousands of dollars in important document due to AVG's interference.  we are considering taking legal action.

my previous comments were deleted (that's okay, i have a lot of anger and time on my hands).
AVG has decimated my computer.  I work as a paralegal for a NY law office.  As you can imagine, losing the ability to even open a word processor (let alone any actual documents) has really hampered our functioning.  we are considering taking legal action againt AVG as we can prove that it was only after the addition of AVG that our computers stopped functioning normally.  Windows can be used but no other programs can be accessed.  Nothing happens when one clicks on any program. note: this was after the installation of Tune-Up which can only be described as Malware (software that damages a computer and does god knows what with one's private information). AVG anti-virus conversely is a huge usless piece of software which does less for my computer than the free Adblock add-ons i use for my browsers. Furthermore, it blocks access to many regularly visisted websites (I can no longer get to roughly 40% of the websites i used to access.)  Not only would i like a refund but i would like to be reimbersed for the thousands of dollars lost in files that can no longer be accessed (and thus be drafted and/or filed anew).  I know that won't happen so what i will do is go out of my way to access every website that this software has been reviewed in and voice my complaints. #AVGisMALWARE

Hey, Alan Binch, so called 'Guru'... AVG also fucked up my computer. Don't like foul language... awww... shame. I don't like my computer going down to a crawl when I'm on a deadline because your steaming heap of crap software does it's own thing. I would really like to be in the same room as one of your (so called) programmers when this happens.

Anti-Track is a joke. It doesn't 'anti' anyting except processing speed. Brave browser stops more trackers per hour than AVG ever did. You're all idiots. You dig through my computer and then push ads for washing powder and panty liners in my face. Interfaces have become fucking unusable. Oh dear, I did it again.

Can one of you, between the whole lot of you, release a product that actually fucking works? You know, call me old fashioned here... but it would make a refreshing change.

Do you jokers understand that these computers are vital for getting work done and by extenstion, getting paid? Clearly not. The trackers
