I cannot open my AVG account today. have never had this problem before and have used it many times. I have tried with several devices and different browsers. It seems to login ok but then cannot establish a secure connection and gets stuck trying to open the subscriptions screen. This is the message I get:

Please try log into this link (https://my.avg.com/), enter your credentials and Go to the Menu in the top-left corner, and select Anti-Theft. Check if you are able to locate the android devices.

Thanks for the information regarding renewal dates. I just tried the link (https://my.avg.com/) but it has precisely the same lack of access problem and error message as that reported in my first email. I cannot get to see any Menu or subscriptions or android devices at all.
