How tot stop my payments ??

I finished my licences in time. How can i stop my payments ??
please help.

The auto renewal status for AVG Driver Updater is already cancelled so you will not be charged further and the product will get expired on 2018.10.27. 
You have been charged for renewal of AVG Secure VPN, AVG Internet Security - Unlimited and AVG TuneUp - Unlimited recently. Would you like to 
get refund for all these orders?

I see from your record that you have been charged for the automatic renewal of AVG subscriptions.

May I know why you wish to cancel this renewal?

The quality is good.
But I did not like  the very frequent  proposals te buy new licences.
For that reason  i did choose an other  provider. 
I made my cancellation between 26 and 30 september 2018.
My licences should stop at 26 october 2018. 
Unfortunately my cancellation seems not been processed.
I do not want money to be debited for new licences. 
Please help !
