Unable to login into AVG myaccount

I want to unsubscribe  so that it won't be auto renewed but the problem is ,i am unable to login as the login link is not working for me . Everytime i tried to login into myaccount ,it shows this page is not available . Plz help me unsubscribe

I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with AVG MyAccount. I request you to open AVG MyAccount (https://myaccount.avg.com/en-us/my-account-login) in different browser (or you can try to login to AVG MyAccount in different devices). If the issue still persist, please share a screenshot of the error message to assist you further. You can check the following link to see the instructions about taking the screenshot (http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=How-to-create-a-screenshot). You can post the screenshot here in your topic. Click on 'Answer' & then click on the 'Image' [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions.

Thank you so much, that problem resolved but now I can't see my subscription in my AVG MyAccount .  if I can't see it how am i gonna unsubscribe it?

Manaswini, thank you for letting us know. I see that AVG Internet Security Unlimited has been renewed automatically recently. I have disabled the continuous protection service and you will not be billed automatically once the subscription expires. If you wish to get a refund for the auto charge, please visit https://support.avg.com/RefundForm and fill in the refund request form. Our refund team will process your request and get back to you via email.
