RING doorbell and VPN

I bought AVG VPN because of concerns about RING doorbell. VPN works great, but I can't figure how to get my RING VPN (I had thought the VPN worked on the ROUTER and therefore included ALL my devices. Anyone know about this? thanka

Could you tell me if you're trying to protect your Ring Doorbell using AVG Secure VPN?
If yes, I would like to inform you that AVG Secure VPN cannot be installed on a Router.
AVG Secure VPN can only be installed on Microsoft Windows XP Service Pack 3 and Higher and Android Devices.
