I cant activate my secure vpn. Ive tried to stop and start AVG services from start menu. Ive tried searching for the `contents' button but it doesn't show up on my AVG menu Any other alternatives?
Surith, Sorry for the trouble, I appreciate your efforts. Please open run command by pressing windows and R key simultaneously. Type services.msc and press enter. Select AVG Secure VPN and click on restart service on the left pane. Turn on your VPN and check with it.

In this case, check whether AVG Secure VPN is showing for (uninstallation) in control panel. If it shows, proceed to uninstall it and for installation, access AVG main interface by following below mentioned steps: 1) Get into C:\drive-->Program Files or Program Files (x86)-->AVG-->Setup" 2) Run "AVGsetupx.exe" file and click on "Repair". Once the process is completed, you will get main user interface from where you can proceed to install AVG Secure VPN. Keep us informed about the status.

For installing AVG Secure VPN on Android device, separate subscription have to be paid through Google Playstore. To get AVG Secure VPN activated on your Windows PC, I request you to get our additional support for which an email instruction has been sent. If the email is not found in inbox do check in spam and junk folders.
Im afraid I havent received any email decribing the instructions. I just received confirmation of my three year plan. There is none in any other folders too.
