url:blacklist

I can't open my Talktalk email account because AVG keeps telling me it has aborted the connection. The following pops up:
We've safely aborted connection on apps.talktalk.co.uk because it was infected with URL:blacklist

The URL I need to access is https://apps.talktalk.co.uk/appsuite/
Can anyone help please?

Could you please try to add this website URL: apps.talktalk.co.uk under AVG Exceptions and check?
Open AVG AntiVirus and go to ☰ Menu ▸ Settings.
Select General ▸ Exceptions, then click Add exception.
Add an exception in one of the following ways: Type the specific file/folder path or URL into the text box, then click Add exception.

Thank you for updating the status, we're glad to hear that your issue has been fixed. 
For further analysis of the threat pop-up, please submit the false positive form using the below website or you can also submit the on the application 
AVG False-positive site
If it is confirmed as safe, it will be whitelisted and the virus definitions database will be released through an update and you will be notified via email.
Please ensure that the AVG AntiVirus and virus definitions are up to date latest version.
