When I run AVG 1-Click Maintenance (Wndows 7, Laptop HP Facebook4730s) the first 5 ops are completed but it gets half way through "Clean Up Browser" and stalls; says it's analysing, green line doesnt move. Have tried reinstalling and starting again with same result. Solution please ?
I repeat my previous response to your false assumption; I take offense at the content and tone (!) your complaint as I did not intentionally post multiple threads with the intention of obtaining a faster reply, or for any other reason. I can only assume that the double post is due to a glitch on your website and if you look I guess you will see they were both posted at the same time.

Hi Alann Binch, I am afraid I agree with Kelvin! I have AVG on my PC and hopefully on my laptop. I get the same result. I then get Reimage saying it is clearing my PC and Lap[top op all these Security Alerts and it will cost me $100. What is AVG doing then? I would like to know as I only bopught AVG in December.

Thank you Gulam Shaik Mohammed for that absolutely fantastic response!! I am totally impressed. I have AVG Multidevice and one other (can't remember) but I keep getting Reimage coming up telling me I have all these threats and that my devices need clearing and it will cost me $100 for one year . I get confused bedcause, If I have AVG in charge of the Security on my Devices. How can Reimage find them? Have I confused you, if so I am sorry but I do not know how better to explain.

I have a similar problem when using Tuneup1-Click Maintenance as it gets stuck on "clean up windows and programs". Kindly assist.
