AVG Free Antivirus

Im trying to update Windows 10 on my computer. It says AVG is the reason it can't update. So, I deleted the free antivirus. Yet, it's still in there (an old version I think). Can delete it or do anything with it. Any ideas??

Sometimes, this might happen due to the presence of AVG traces on your computer.
In this regard, we may need to completely remove the traces using remover tools or manually remove AVG files.
