I already tried the AVG Remover many times.. Once it removes, everything goes back to normal but after the reinstallation, the annoying message comes back again during boot up. I still received the error "Server initialization failed with an error 0xe001003e" and I'm helpless to remove it.

I cannot provide a screenshot but I'll give you what its like...
After I turned on my pc, windows is starting with animated windows logo then the screen went blank then flash the message "Server initialization failed with an error 0xe001003e" before entering to windows logon screen. That's it! It's annoying seeing that message everytime I start the windows.
