Internet is being blocked by a "bsecure bad resource" message

Recently, I had to restore my computer to a state almost two years earlier, to recover from a major systerm crash. At the time, I had Cloudcare, and later had a one-year subscription to AVG Family Safety which expired in June of this year. As far as I can tell, currently neither Cloud Care or Family Security are present on my Programs list, however the Bsecure Endpoint Security program still remains.

When the message appeared today, and blocked internet access, I was able to do a normal Systems Restore to a point two days earlier.

Can you please send me instructions on how to remove whatever is remaining on my system that would case that error message to appear and lock up my internet?   Thanks

Thanks - Unfortunately, I tried that already, and the problem is that Bsecure doesn't appear to be on my system anylonger, so there is nothing to remove via the removal tool program referenced in the link you sent me, and Cloudcare is no longer present in my programs list. My best guess is that something is still lingering in the registry. This problem was answered in the previous forums (not read only), in which the administrator sent an email to the person with the same problem; perhaps whatever he sent them would work for me.

Success - I actually did have some Bsecure files remaining in C:programs(x86)/tmp_delete, and I ran the Besecure removal tool a second time, and this time, it appears that the files have been removed, and my internet is working fine. So, I think (fingers crossed) that this might have solved my problem. thanks
