Hello Richard,

We are here to help.
Are you referring to maintenance scan in AVG PC TuneUp? If yes, click on the particular tile and you will see an option to exclude the certain files from cleaning.
If your concern is different, please elaborate your exact query to get a better clarity and assist further.
Thank you.

Your answear is correct with the older versions of PC Tuneup. More Specificaly my problem is the newest Version (19.1 Build 995). It doesn't appear to have the same interface, and I have been unable to find the exact to area to exclude the Windoes Games Folder from 'cleaning' (my Game Scores)

Richard, as of now, there is no option to exclude the folder or file from the scanning of new AVG TuneUp program.
However, let us find which functionality is actually cleaning the "Game Scores".
Open AVG TuneUp program interface. Click on "FreeUp Space" and perform "System Junk" scan.
Once it is done, it will show you list of check boxes that includes Windows logs, cache, temp files.
It is necessary to identify which option includes the Game Scores. Hence, you can deselect each box and confirm which has the score information.
If we find that, you can simply deselect that check box and then proceed with the cleaning.
Since you have AVG Internet Security program, submit a feedback regarding this which will reach our product management team directly.
Open AVG Internet Security program interface. Click on "Menu-->About-->Submit Feedback" to get this done.
