Being Hsssled to pay all the time.

All my VPN apps are paid up till Dec 2020 and June 2021.  I have a VPN App that is not for Multi Devices use and one that is for only 1 device; yet I still get the "please buy" the one on my mobile device (android) which is one of the unlimited ones.  I did first down load an app from AVG, which I later removed from my mobile, and the messages began.  Then I installed one form my Multi Device VPN for free.  But the "Please pay" message still comes up every time I try to run it.  It appears that your software is leaving behind information that makes every new installed device want me to pay money.  How can I fix this so I can get my Mobile VPN to work as required.

You have an active subscription of AVG Secure VPN multi-device valid till December 31, 2020. You can install/activate on 5 devices at a time which includes Windows PC, Mac, Android and iOS platforms.
To be sure, are you facing issues with activation of the product on your Android device?

Yes.  When I first installed VPN it was a free trial download.  Then it started to ask for maney.  I removed it and installed VPN again from my other app as you describe but it stll wants money and won't let me use it anymore because the trial period is over..  Oh 1 [point before I forget again it would not let me uninstall the origional one because I could not find the app in the apps area.

Mel, please follow the steps below to activate AVG Secure VPN pro version on your Android device.

Ensure you are logged into the Google Play Store with the same Google Account that you used to purchase the app.
Open AVG Secure VPN and go to Settings (the gear icon) ▸ Subscription.
Write down your activation code.
Open AVG Secure VPN and tap Already purchased during the tutorial. If you skipped the tutorial, go to Settings (the gear icon) ▸ Subscription ▸ Already purchased.
Select Use voucher, enter your valid activation code into the text box, and tap Continue.
