I forgot my avg anti theft password so my phone is locked please help me to open it

this article does not work since when I log to my online AVG profile it says:Sorry, your device, SGH-M919, cannot be controlled using the Anti-Theft web site. You can also operate the Anti-Theft service by sending text messages (SMS) to your device, for more info click here

I know that when i downloded app. and registered on AVG antitheft web site all was working correctly .
