Unspecified Error

Keep getting this message - Hundreds of times a day for the last 3 days.
- Unspecified Error Occurred in the following AVG Component(s)
- avgidsagent.exe
How do I fix this problem? Thanks

Also, I am getting:
You are not fully protected!
Identity: Identity component is not active
Everytime I hit (fix now) it gives me the above unspecified error message. And changes back to not protected.

Hello Chris. Thank you for trying out the suggestions. I would request you to run AVG remover tool based on your OS (32-bit or 64-bit) to completely remove AVG and then re install. To determine whether your OS is a 32-bit or 64-bit, please click on this link. http://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/827218

Dear Sirs,

I am an existing customer and I am running in my computer AVG Internet Security. But the last 2 dayes I am getting many times a day this message:

Unspecified Error Occurred in the following AVG Component(s): - avgidsagent.exe. Would you like to send an error report to AVG?

I also repaired the program, following these instructions: http://avgread.me/1BVxDSY, but didn't work.

How can I fix the problem?
