Windows 10 msvcr110.dll missing

Dear sirs,

After upgrading windows 8.1 to Windws 10, after restar I get the following error " the program can't start because msvcr110.dll is missing from your computer ".. Very annoying I do see the msvcr110.dll in some directories even in system32. I uninstalled AVG 2015 to re-install but since it's kind a blind and can't see this file, it wont install. I tried reinstalling the Microsoft Visual C++ 2012 (x64) same thing. I am looking for some support from the company for errors but I see only ask in community, which is good ofcourse, but this problem is like more for engineers or something. Apreciate feedback as I have an unworking AVG 2015 right now.

Thank you

Pit

Hello @ Pit & Linda.
We would request you to download and install the Visual C++ Redistributable package by following instructions on the following page:
http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=30679
Restart your computer, and then run AVG installation again.

@ Pasquale, thank you for sharing the useful information. You can find the same information in this AVG support article ( http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=Message-Installing-3rd-party-redistributables-failed-when-installing-AVG ). Thank you.

This worked for me, same error, missing dll message after each restart of the PC: right click START > Programs and features > Repair every Microsoft visual ++. I noticed that after 'repairing' the Microsoft visual ++ 2010 x 86 Redistributable and restart the PC, AVG works.

Hi,
I tried every suggestion here, none of them worked... Still say "MSVCR110.dll not found"!
Help!?

Hello Tiago,
We regret for the inconvenience caused. Please check whether you have installed any other conflicting applications like McAfee, Avast etc.. on your PC, If so please uninstall the conflicting applications.
If not, please run the AVG remover tool : http://aa-download.avg.com/filedir/util/AVG_Remover.exe to completely uninstall your previous installation of AVG program from your PC.
Once uninstalled download the installation file using the link : http://www.avg.com/download to reinstall your AVG program.
Thank you.

After an automatic update of windows 10, I get two error messages: msrvcp110.dll and msrvcr110.dll are missing. I uninstalled AVG using the AVG remover tool, repaired the Visual C++ Redistributable package with the link provided by @Avinash, tried to reinstall AGV antivirus free but the installation does not finish because the files are still "missing". What can I try next?
