I registered my device in AVG Anti theft portal two years back. Recently I changed my sim. Now my phone is locked by AVG Anti theft due to SIM change.I forgot my PIN to unlock my device. So I logged in from avgmobilation.com to unlock my device. But it shows a message saying "Sorry My device cannot be controlled from this portal". After a struggle, I got the response from AVG team stating that my device was re-registered. But still I am facing the same issue.I lost all my contacts for more than a week. Really frustrated with AVG anti-theft.
Provide me with any immediate solution to unlock my device or delete my account from AVG. I want to uninstall AVG from my device.
Also it would be great, if I can get any toll free number for India.
