I am also having this same problem. My computer loses it's wifi connect and eventully shuts off my wifi device. Even after rebooting my computer I have to go into the devices and enable the wifi again, only after rebooting. I thought this program would help because I thought that I had some virus or other software installed, but AVG hasn't found any threats. I have also made sure everything is completely updated as well as having my PC scanned. Not sure what this is that causes it. If you could fix it that would be great. I am a computer professional specific to IT, Software Development and Cyber Security and I have not even figured it out. Fix this issue.

We request you to contact us through separate post to locate your account and assist you further.

Thank you.
