Can't login

Hi,

I just bought AVG Internet Security and I can't login to my account from the website or the application to activate my subscription.

We are sorry for the inconvenience caused.
We have sent an email for you to provide the screenshot of the error that you get while logging into AVG MyAccount and the one that is appearing on AVG program interface.
We also request you to log into AVG MyAccount from another browser and check whether the status.

Hi,

The link https://subscriptions.avg.com/ is not reachable from both Firefox and Chrome web browser as shown below.

Also I checked the application again after restarting my device and it seems to have logged in using my e-mail but it was not able to retrieve my subscription as shown below.

I tried also to activate my subscription using the code I received by e-mail but it gives me an error message as shown below.
