10faq.com pop ups and slowing of my PC

Hello AVG Support, here's my issue:
Using Windows10, I now receive these pop-ups at right-bottom corner of my screen. The pop-ups occur usually after I start Chrome or Outlook, but sometimes the pop-ups just occur seemingly independently. These pop-ups take up about 2 inches by 1 inch of screen space in the bottom-right corner of my screen, showing uninvited a supposed interest story button link, (I have not clicked any of these stories), and these pop-ups are are very hard to get rid off.  They have a Close button (which I've just realized is most probably a cyber trap), but I have clicked the "Close" button many times, but the pop-up does not close. These pop-ups have a reference "Google - 10faq.com". Do you know how to turn this service off? My AVG Paid Internet Security Service does not flag this as an issue, but it's a big issue, hiding an important part of my screen and slowing my PC down.
Please advise how I can fix this issue?
(This is a novice observation, but could this issue to be related to ShellExperienceHost.exe in TaskManager (showing 12, 448K). Whenever I try ending this task, it restarts immediately.
Thanks,
Rick

AVG by and by finds the product additional items and regards them a risk and I have ZERO alternatives to avoid it or whitelist it. Everything I can do is skip it and in the long run, the end client will get incited by this and not knowing any better.

Hello Demi,

Could you be specific with the concern, as it wasn't entirely clear?
Thanks.

Hello Rick,

Thank you for clarifying us with more information.

It is obvious that the pop-up is from Google Chrome and we may need to verify some settings in Chrome browser.

To do so, open your chrome browser > Click Menu (3 dots) at the top right corner of the browser > Settings > Advanced > Content settings > Notifications. Check if you see the list of websites other than google. If yes, please remove it and verify the status.

Else, provide the screenshot (https://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?l=en&urlName=AVG-Create-screenshot&supportType=home) of that particular settings page here. We will check and clarify this further.

You can post the screenshot here in your topic. Click on "Answer" & then click on the "Image" [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions.

Hello Priyanga, excellent suggestion! I removed 10faq.com from the Notifications list. So far, it's looking like all is very good. By the way, in the latest ver of Chrome, your steps should be:
3 dots menu > Settings > Advanced > and under Permissions, select Notifications.
I really appreciate your excellent help!
If you don't hear from me further, then you should know this solution worked 100%.
Thank you so much!
Rick

I have choices to stay away from it or whitelist it. All that I can do is skip it and over the long haul, the end customer https://www.premiumcontentwriting.com will get induced by this and not knowing any better.

Hi, I really liked these alternatives as they were the ones I was looking for. I am starting a new recording studio business and was reading a business plan example online on ogscapital.com/article/sports-bar-business-plan/ website and I really found it to be helpful. Now I would ask them to make a custom business plan for me and hope it helps me.
