I got an email today telling me to Reactivate my account with instructions on how to do that. Well, I followed the instructions and it tells me to go to my account click on Support and then Reactivate.  I clicked on Support and there is no Reactivate and it says I have 30 days after I renewed to do this. I need help Please.

We're sorry for the confusion as the instructions you received belongs to an older version of AVG. Click this link for steps to activate AVG Internet Security using the new license number.

Could you provide a screenshot (http://avgclick.me/getscreenshot) of the email containing activation instructions and let us know the sender's email address?
