Mario D Do I have a virus, keylogger, or have been hacked in some way?
Recently I feel like I've been hacked or someone has control of my computer because last night my resolution suddenly went down and a ton of internet explorer pages opened. I recently accidentally accepted a contact request from someone I didn't know on Skype. I removed them immediately but it happened after I did that.
I did a scan with AVG and it removed TrojanRansomer.dbb but it was a file that wasn't associated with Skype.

You are allowed access through Skype. It is not advisable
Do you know what is the person to whom you allow access?
First update your AVG to date and run a full scan
Then please create AVG Rescue CD on USB stick, and scan it with your computer
