firewall

enhanced firewall is turned off. when I clickm on turn on I get message enhached firwall is not available. hpw do I get this to turn on have tried evefrything I know

Have tried what you suggested but still no joy,still cannot get it to work. Can you contact me direct so that I can give you access to my computer so that you can see the problem and hopefully fix it

Hi, I had the same issue and posted a question below.  Since then have been reviewing some old threads and found one that suggested going to Menu\Settings\Troubleshooting.  Scrolling down to the "Reset All Settings" section and Clicking the "Reset To Default" option.  On reboot it resolved my issue, maybe you could consider trying that.  Hope it helps...
