Logging into my account

I am unable to login to my account.
What should I do, please. I am worried that my computer may be exposed.
Should I reactivate my license again?

Are you not able to login to your AVG MyAccount or are you not able to activate the products using the email address?
Could you share the screenshot of error message when trying to login?
