Заблокирован телефон

Поменял симкарту в телефоне, телефон заблокировался, ввожу код разблокировки, не помогает.Помогите разблокировать телефон (на почту приходили мои фото и информация о том ,что симкарту поменяли)

Please register your device for the Anti-Theft Service from within the AVG AntiVirus app. Что это значит я не понимаю, когда заходил туда то понажимал на все иконки, кодов нигде не вводил-телефон звонил, определилось его местонахождение, а теперь эта надпись. Все на английском, поэтому ничего не понятно, по другой ссылке написал, но она грузится уже полчаса,закрыл ее. Версия у меня была FREE

i have the same problem as Nikolay.  there is no forgot password 'button'  and it says that i dont have an account and they can't fint my devise.     on my screen it says this phone is lost or stolen.   i get mail from avg with pictures of me trying to unlock it,so i clearly have an account..
