Can’t log in to My Account

All log in attempts show “couldn’t reach the server. I see numerous comments where people can’t log in to their My Account.  What’s up?

We are here to help.
We are currently aware of the issue preventing customers from logging into AVG MyAccount. Our developers are diligently working on it and will be fixed as soon as possible.
May I ask you the reason you've navigated through AVG MyAccount (to view the account details or to activate the product)?

As per your request, we have cancelled the auto renewal for your subscription of AVG Tune Up 60 day trial.

Therefore, you wont be charged in the future after the expiration of the product.
