firewall is not available after update of paid version

Hello, 
after automatical AVG update is the firewall is switch off. After switch on is there some warning- that is not available. So I don´t understand this kind of update, after that I´m not able to use my NTB!
I tried to get the support on AVG, but  I received the notice, that the support is not available just now...

Hi Rakshith, I did all you wrote to me, but the warning regarding improved firewall is still here. If I try to switch on this improved firewall - notice - is not available. So just now I don´t know, if standard firewall is working and only this improved is missing or what is the status of my protection.

Same here...

AVG icon is giving a warning
After opening AVG message is: Improved firewall is turned off
if i try to turn it on it gives the message: Improved firewall is not avalible.
If i check the firewall tab is shows that is is turned on??!!

used the repair article but no difference

Hi Lucie,

Thank you for providing the screenshot.
To resolve your issue, I kindly request you to go to Menu\Settings\Troubleshooting and if you scroll down to "Reset All Settings" section and click the "Reset To Default" option.
Once it's done, kindly restart you computer.

Dear Rakshith, done, but the warning regarding switch of the improved firewall still exist... As I see, the problem have a lot of users, is it possible to make some update directly from AVG? I´m not IT specialist. Many thanks for your reply in advance.
