Windows 10 Upgrade

I have AVG PC Tuneup 15.0.1001.638 installed and when I try to upgrade from Windows 8.1 to Windows 10 I get the following error:

The installation of this AVG product is defective. Please install the AVG product again to correct this problem.

This causes the Windows 10 upgrade to fail and revert to Windows 8.1.

What do I need to do to so my upgrade will be successful. I have tried several times without success to perform the upgrade.

I was able to resolve my issue by removing AVG before the upgrade and installing again after the upgrade. It is possible that I had two programs (AVG and Razor Synapse) trying to perform reboot upgrades during my Windows 10 upgrade that contributed to the problem, however I did not spend time to diagnose the issue other than to remove AVG and ignore the upgrade of Razor during the Windows 10 upgrade.
