AVG PC TuneUP Invalid serial number

Hi,

I have purchased AVG Internet Security 2014. The box showing that AVG PC TuneUP included. But I am unable to install it. I used the temporary serial given in the box, as well as the new serial number after registering to AVG.

Let me know what's is the issue?

There might be not license but just voucher number which can be used here (https://myaccount.avg.com/my-account-redeem-voucher).

Hi,

I didn't understand where I will get the voucher number, I only noticed a stricker containing the Serial Number inside of the CD Box, no other information is provided there.

Ok usually in such boxes are voucher nubmers instead of license numbers.

You can provide us with license(without last characters).
