Sending log reports to AVG Support in AVG Secure VPN

AVG Secure VPN allows you to send log reports from the app, through your email provider. Providing AVG Support with your log reports allows them to better understand the technical issues you are experiencing.

Instructions

To send log reports to AVG Support:

  1. Open AVG Secure VPN and go to SettingsAbout.
  2. Tap Current version seven times.
  3. Tap (the back arrow) ▸ Log.
  4. Select Capture to copy the log report. The log report is copied to your clipboard.
  5. Navigate to the email correspondence you have open with the AVG support agent.
  6. Paste the log report from your clipboard to the email, and send it to the AVG support agent.

The log reports are sent.

  • AVG Secure VPN 2.x for Android
  • Google Android 9.0 (Pie, API 28) or later
