When requesting help related to your AVG product or subscription via AVG Support, you may be asked to provide an order number for troubleshooting or identification purposes. Refer to the instructions in the sections below to find your AVG order number.
To retrieve your order number from your AVG Account:
- Log in to your AVG Account.
- Click the Payments tile on the AVG Account dashboard.

- Find the order number for your purchase under Order ID.

You have now located your AVG order number.
Your order confirmation email is sent to the email address that you provided during purchase.
To retrieve your AVG order number from an order confirmation email:
- Locate the order confirmation you received after purchase from no.reply@avg.com (or avg.cs@digitalriver.com for older confirmation emails).
- Find the order number for your purchase either in the subject line of the email, or in the email body under Order Number.

You have now located your AVG order number.
If you cannot locate a confirmation email, check your spam or junk folder.
If your payment was processed by PayPal, you receive an additional confirmation email from PayPal to the email address that is linked to your PayPal account.
To retrieve your AVG order number from a PayPal confirmation email:
- Open the confirmation email you received from PayPal that is linked to your AVG purchase.
- Find the order number for your purchase at the end of the email next to Invoice ID.

You have now located your AVG order number.
If you did not receive a confirmation email from PayPal, you can
contact PayPal directly to request one.
