To request a refund
- Go to the AVG refund request form.
- Select your product type.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchased AVG product, contact us within 30 days of purchase to receive a full refund. This 30-day-money-back guarantee applies to AVG consumer products purchased using the following methods:
- Online purchase via the AVG Store.
- Purchase via an offer within another AVG product.
- Purchase via Google Play.
AVG does not normally offer refunds for products if more than 30 days have passed since purchase. However, if you experience technical issues with a paid AVG product, you can contact AVG Support to resolve any problems via email, chat, or telephone.
