Troubleshooting when a product does not appear in your AVG Account

An AVG Account allows you to view all paid AVG product subscriptions (and pre-authorized trial versions) registered to the same email address.

If you do not see your purchased AVG product on the My Subscriptions page, contact AVG Support. We will be happy to check the issue, assist you in canceling a subscription, or retrieve the activation code for a product.

The following paid AVG services do not appear in your AVG Account:

  • AVG Express Install
  • AVG Virus & Spyware Removal
  • AVG Virus Removal Assurance
  • AVG Premium Tech Support
If a product does not appear in your AVG Account, you are still able to install, activate, and use the product.
  • All AVG consumer products
  • All supported operating systems
