Configuring Cache Clearance (AVG Business Cloud Console)

 

You can choose special options for clearing update files from your devices via the Patch Management settings of a selected policy.

To access these options:

  1. Open the Policies page
  2. Click the desired policy to open its Detail drawer
  3. Select the Settings tab, then Patch Management
  4. Expand the Other Settings section
Cloud_PM_CacheClearance

Here, you can choose when to clear patch files on the local device to free up end devices' hard drive space for future patches. The files can be cleared:

  • Immediately after installation (default)
  • 7 days after installation
  • 30 days after installation
  • 60 days after installation
