Update to my just posted qwuestion. The number of lines is far greater than 9500 and on Notepad is 388874. 9500 is the number of pages in Word when I copied Notepad to it.

Hi,
Deep Scan report file is producing approximately 9,500 lines ending in "This function is not supported on this system (120)" which never happened before with Free AVG Antivirus. Does anyone know why this is happening? This is worrying me to the extent that after many contented years with AVG I am having to consider alternative antivirus software. Any thoughts on the cause of the sudden appearance of multiple lines of "This function is not supported on this system (120)" would be most welcome.

Sarah Hooper Zygna.com - Breached Account
Hi,
It has been brought to my attention that the account I had with Zygna.com was breached. Unfortunately, I can no longer access Zygna.com as it is up for sale or nonexistent. I am unsure what to do, as I can't change the account's password. I don't know when the account was created or if it was a Facebook games-related thing.
What does one do when hackers got your password to account of website that no longer exists?

Miroslav Nedvěd AVG Ultimate subscription
Hello. I extended my AVG Ultimate subscription for 1 year, but I didn't receive a confirmation email and I don't see the extended subscription in my AVG account. My original subscription, which ends in early January 2025, has ID #16***************9. And what's more, I received an email again with an offer to extend my subscription, I don't know why. Good morning, I renewed my AVG ultimate (multi-device) subscription on November 25, 2024 for one year. After purchasing, on the subscription details it tells me that the next renewal will be in October 2025 and not November 2025. Why is it not one year?

I recently have started to have pop-ups asking permission for AVG to access data in other apps. Even selecting 'allow' does not stop them appearing again and again. I have never had this issue before with AVG over several years. Driving me mad! I am a Mac user. How do I stop this?
