My VPN does not renew for a bit and in trying to confirm I had it I inadvertently disconnected it. Is there a way you can connect again for me?

I have cancelled the automatic renewal for AVG Secure VPN trial (which is valid until 2018.11.9). The subscription will not renew and no money will be taken from your account.

I have bought a 1 year multi-device VPN subscription. I activated it with the licence key that was emailed to me. I also installed it on my mobile phone, and activated it with the same key, and it is activated on my wife's machine, so 3 devices in total. 

Now, on my PC (the first device), it tells me that I either have to start a free trial, or buy a licence, yet on the same module under the "my subscriptions" tab, it shows that I have the VPN, that it is installed, and it shows the licence number underneath.

Please help? How do I get my VPN working again?

Hello Philip,

We recommend you to activate it using your email address and password instead of license number.

Open AVG Secure VPN -> My AVG -> My Subscription -> Log out and remove license (if available) -> Log in -> enter your email address and password to activate it.

When sending an email from Office 365 Client on my PC to anyone I get this error,:my ISP has blacklisted the IP address my VPN (AVG Security) provides to keep away prying eyes.

ERROR: Task 'XXXXXX@bigpond.com - Sending' reported error (0x800CCC6F) : 'Your outgoing (SMTP) email server has reported an internal error. If you continue to receive this message, contact your server administrator or Internet service provider (ISP).  The server responded: 554 5.7.1 Connection refused - OB115. is blacklisted. If you believe this to be in error, please contact postmaster@bigpond.com'

I have redacted to not show my real email address except to show the ISP responsible for the blacklist error.


How can I resolve this issue/error without being forced to shut down the AVG VPN connection?.

The location is not the problem.
No more trouble sending emails, I left the AVG Secure VPN.

I want to purchase AVG VPN for my android phone but every time I try it says there's an error and say to manage subscription. I have both the free version as well as the Pro version on the same device, do I need to remove the free version before it will allow me to purchase AVG VPN.

Hello Graeme,

You can purchase AVG Secure VPN for android device from the "Google Play Store".

If you get any error message, we request you to try after 24 hours.

You can remove the free version from your android device and install the paid subscription once the purchase is complete.

On checking your account, we see that you have a 60 trial product of AVG Secure VPN Multi-device and AVG TuneUp. If you wish, we will cancel the auto renewal for the products.

The auto renewal status for AVG Driver Updater is already cancelled so you will not be charged further and the product will get expired on 2018.10.27. 
You have been charged for renewal of AVG Secure VPN, AVG Internet Security - Unlimited and AVG TuneUp - Unlimited recently. Would you like to 
get refund for all these orders?

What happens when you try to activate AVG secure VPN?

Are you getting any error message?

Are you trying to connect secure VPN from China? Because AVG Secure VPN can't be used in China.

Yeah you can also cancel the order within 30 days from the date of purchase to avail refund.

I used NordVPN with AVG internet security about 25 days and everything worked well.
Now i paid for AVG Internet Security Unlimited and AVG PC Tuneup.
Internet Security and NordVPN worked well until I used the AVG PC Tuneup. This Tuneup messed mc PC and I begin to get BLUESCREEN when I try to use NordVPN.
I uninstall AVG PC Tuneup from my PC.
So I clean install Windows 7 and I just cant seem to get my AVG to work with my NordVPN.
I did disable AVG Internet Security program temporarily to check about Nord VPN is working. The answer is NO. I got Bluescreen again.
Than I uninstall AVG Internet Security and NordVPN works perfectly.
Now I have many times clean install windows 7 and every time I try to use AVG and NordVPN still getting BLUESCREEN.
Both work  seems perfect individually.
Any help or direction to look will be great thanks
