AVG Zen

Just changed my account email address but after login in to my AVG Zen account with new email address it just reverts back to show old email address. Tried to remove and reinstall but problem persists. Help!

Hello Tony,

We would like to inform you that, AVG Zen has been discontinued and it is not possible to add and manage devices from it.
To use unlimited devices product, it is necessary to install and log in using AVG my account credentials.
It looks like you are still have old version that has Zen. Hence, we request you to completely remove it and install the latest version.
To uninstall AVG Internet Security and PC TuneUp from control panel, follow the steps as mentioned in this http://avgread.me/1DEtNP0 article.

To remove AVG traces, run AVG remover followed by Clear tool as mentioned (here).
NOTE: If there are no AVG program found, click on "Run Anyway" to proceed with the removal.
Once the removal process is completed, install AVG Ultimate as mentioned in this https://goo.gl/PJt6En article.
To install it on Android devices, download and install AVG Antivirus & Cleaner free apps from Google PlayStore.
Open the apps and tap on menu (3 small horizontal lines). Select account and enter AVG my account credentials to get PRO activated.
