I have an issue where I will be in the middle of playing a game, and my computer sends me back to my desktop or "loses focus" on the game I'm playing. This all started after the most recent updates on AVG. Does anyone have a solution to this problem.
My AVG is up to date. I've restarted my computer multiple times.
I'm close to uninstalling AVG and moving to a different virus protection.

In the link you gave me, I don't have the same settings as described in the instructions. When I right click on the AVG icon, it has a switch to turn protection off. I'm assuming this is the same as disabling AVG. I did this and then tested playing my game, within 5 minutes I was still tabbed out. The only reason I can see this happening is because of the update because that is the only thing that has changed on my computer.
I understand your concern and In this case I will suggest you to Uninstall and re-install the AVG and check with the issue.

I used happydroid's focus .exe to confirm that it is indeed AVG which keeps taking focus away from my game and it always seems to happen at random intervals.
