What are the system requirements for Alarm Clock Xtreme?

  • Google Android 9.0 (Pie, API 28) or later
  • Internet connection to download, activate, and maintain app updates
Alarm Clock Xtreme is not supported by and cannot be installed on Symbian, iOS, Microsoft Windows Phone/Mobile, Bada, WebOS, or any mobile operating system other than Android. This app does not work on iPhone or iPad devices.

If you are using a custom ROM, the app may not work as expected. Report any feedback regarding this issue to AVG Support.

How do I download and install Alarm Clock Xtreme?

  1. On your Android device, tap the button below to open the Alarm Clock Xtreme product page in Google Play Store. Go to Google Play Store
  2. Tap Install to download and install the app. When the installation is complete, tap Open.
  3. Tap Get started to swipe through the welcome screens, then tap Create first alarm or tap X in the top-left corner to skip.
  4. If prompted, tap Continue with ads to use the free version of the app and go directly to the main app screen.

Alarm Clock Xtreme is now installed and ready to use.

Alarms

How do I set an Alarm?

Tap the + plus icon in the bottom-right corner of the main app screen, then tap one of the options below:

  • Quick Alarm: A one-time alarm that does not repeat. When you create a new Quick Alarm, the alarm appears on the main app screen with a slider containing a lightning bolt icon. After a Quick Alarm goes off, the alarm disappears from the main app screen and will not go off again. Optionally, you can customize your Quick Alarm settings.
  • Alarm: A regularly-repeating alarm, which you can customize using Alarm settings.
When you set an alarm, you may be prompted to enable Alarm Clock Xtreme permissions in your device settings, add Alarm Clock Xtreme to your unmonitored apps, or allow Alarm Clock Xtreme to run when Do Not Disturb is enabled. We recommend following all on-screen instructions and reminders to ensure your alarm works as expected.

How can I customize an Alarm?

You are prompted to customize alarm settings each time you create a new Alarm. You can also access settings for an existing Alarm by tapping the relevant alarm panel on the main app screen.

The following options are available:

  • Alarm name: Provide a name so you can easily recognize the alarm.
  • Time and day: Specify when your alarm goes off.
  • Sound:
    • Use a favorite song, a predefined ringtone, or an online radio station as your alarm sound.
    • Specify the alarm's volume, volume changes, vibration, and flashlight settings.
    • Ensure your Alarm Clock Xtreme has permission to Prioritize alarm volume. We recommend keeping this setting enabled to ensure your alarm behaves as expected.
  • Snooze:
    • Controls: Define which buttons on your device can dismiss or snooze the current alarm.
    • Task: Select a Math or Rewrite task that you must complete before snoozing the alarm.
    • Settings: Configure how long your alarm will snooze, shorten the snooze time for subsequent snoozes, enable auto-snooze, and set a snooze limit for your alarm.
  • Dismiss:
    • Controls: Define which buttons on your device can dismiss or snooze the current alarm.
    • Task: Select a Math, Rewrite, Steps, Scan codes task that you must complete before dismissing the alarm.
    • Auto-Dismiss: Specify how long your alarm sounds before it is dismissed.
  • Gentle Alarm: Enable soothing bird-chirping sounds to start 30 minutes before your real alarm goes off.
  • Wakeup check: Allow Alarm Clock Xtreme to check that you are still awake after you dismiss your alarm.
  • App Launcher: Allow your favorite app to open when your alarm is dismissed.
Save time when creating alarms by storing your preferred settings as default. Go to More (three lines) ▸ SettingsAlarmAlarm templates.

How can I customize a Quick Alarm?

You can access Quick Alarm settings via More (three lines) ▸ SettingsAlarmQuick alarm template. Alternatively, access Quick Alarm settings directly during alarm creation by tapping Settings (the gear icon) in the top-right corner of the number pad.

The following options are available:

  • Sound:
    • Use a favorite song, a predefined ringtone, or an online radio station as your alarm sound.
    • Specify the alarm's volume, volume changes, vibration, and flashlight settings.
    • Ensure your Alarm Clock Xtreme has permission to Prioritize alarm volume. We recommend keeping this setting enabled to ensure your alarm behaves as expected.
  • Snooze:
    • Controls: Define which buttons on your device can dismiss or snooze the current alarm. By default, Button is selected for both Dismiss and Snooze. You can add additional methods by tapping either Snooze or Dismiss for each available option (Volume, Power, Shake).
    • Task: Select a Math or Rewrite task that you must complete before snoozing a Quick Alarm.
    • Settings: Configure how long your alarm will snooze, shorten the snooze time for subsequent snoozes, enable auto-snooze, and set a snooze limit for your alarm.
  • Dismiss:
    • Controls: Define which buttons on your device can dismiss or snooze the current alarm. By default, Button is selected for both Dismiss and Snooze. You can add additional methods by tapping either Snooze or Dismiss for each available option (Volume, Power, Shake).
    • Task: Configure a Math, Rewrite, Steps, or Scan codes task that you must complete before dismissing a Quick Alarm.
    • Auto-Dismiss: Specify how long your alarm sounds before it is dismissed.
  • App Launcher: Allow your favorite app to open when your alarm is dismissed.
  • Preset times: Customize the 3 preset time options that appear on the number pad each time you create a Quick Alarm.
When you adjust Quick Alarm settings, changes apply to all existing and subsequent Quick Alarms.

How can I change my Snooze and Dismiss settings?

  1. Tap the Alarm you want to edit from the main app screen or create a new Alarm.
  2. Tap either the Snooze or Dismiss tile to access the relevant settings screen options:
    • Snooze:
      • Snooze: Tap the blue (ON) slider so that it changes to white (OFF) if you do not want the option to snooze your alarm.
      • Controls: Define which buttons on your device can dismiss or snooze the current alarm. By default, Button is selected for both Dismiss and Snooze. You can add additional methods by tapping either Snooze or Dismiss for each available option (Volume, Power, Shake).
      • Task: Select a Math or Rewrite task that you must complete before dismissing or snoozing the alarm.
      • Snooze time: Set a duration of time between snoozed alarms.
      • Shorten extra snoozes: Select how many minutes you want to shorten each extra snooze.
      • Auto-Snooze: Specify how long the alarm sounds before it is automatically snoozed. Select Never if you want the alarm to continue sounding indefinitely until you manually snooze or dismiss it.
      • Snooze limit: Select the maximum number of snoozes the alarm will allow. Select Unlimited if you do not want to set a maximum.
    • Dismiss:
      • Controls: Define which buttons on your device can dismiss or snooze the current alarm. By default, Button is selected for both Dismiss and Snooze. You can add additional methods by tapping either Snooze or Dismiss for each available option (Volume, Power, Shake).
      • Task: Select a Math, Rewrite, Steps, or Scan codes task that you must complete before dismissing or snoozing the alarm.
      • Auto-Dismiss: Set a timer for how long your alarm will go off before it is automatically dismissed. Select Never if you want the alarm to continue sounding indefinitely until you manually snooze or dismiss it.
  3. Tap the back arrow in the top-left corner to return to the edit alarm screen.
  4. Tap Save in the top-right corner to save your snooze and dismiss settings.
You can also adjust Dismiss & Snooze settings for all Quick Alarms via More (three lines) ▸ SettingsAlarmQuick alarm template.

What is the Scan codes task?

The Scan codes task is a premium feature you can purchase via the Premium screen in Alarm Clock Xtreme.

You can create an alarm that is only dismissed after you scan your chosen QR or barcode.

To access this feature, tap any Alarm to open the edit alarm screen or create a new Alarm. Tap the Dismiss tile, then select TaskScan codes. Tap What can I scan?, then select one of the following options:

  • Any code: Scan any code (QR or barcode) to dismiss your alarm.
  • Add new code: Scan a specific code (QR or barcode) to add it to your codes list. Tick the code in the list to set it as the code that dismisses your alarm.

To delete or rename a code already in your codes list, tap Options (three dots) and select the relevant option.

How do I delete an Alarm?

To permanently delete an Alarm or a Quick Alarm, tap the relevant alarm panel on the main app screen and swipe left until it disappears.

If you delete an alarm by mistake, retrieve it by tapping the Undo button that briefly appears at the bottom of the screen.

You can also temporarily deactivate an Alarm by tapping its slider on the main app screen so it changes from blue (ON) to gray (OFF). A deactivated alarm still appears on the main app screen but will not go off unless you manually reactivate it.

How can I set an online radio as my alarm?

  1. Tap the relevant alarm panel on the main app screen or create a new Alarm.
  2. Tap the Sound panel.
  3. Tap Sound typeOnline radio.
  4. Select a predefined online radio station, or tap the + plus icon to add a new online radio station.

Your alarm sound is now set to an online radio station.

The online radio streaming URL is not the same as the main URL of the radio station website. You can get a streaming URL from the station's radio player app for most radio stations.

Do I need to enable Wi-Fi or data to use online radio as my alarm?

On Android 6.0 and later, Alarm Clock Xtreme can activate your Wi-Fi or data to access your selected online radio station when your alarm goes off. On Android 5.0 and earlier, you need to ensure that Wi-Fi or data is enabled to use an online radio station as your alarm sound.

Reminders

How do I set a Reminder?

Tap the + plus icon in the bottom-right corner of the main app screen and select Reminder. Customize reminder behavior, then tap Save in the top-right corner.

If prompted, grant Alarm Clock Xtreme permission to show notifications while you use other apps. If you do not grant this permission, your reminder may not appear.

To view all saved reminders, go to More (three lines) ▸ Reminders.

How can I customize my Reminders?

Go to More (three lines) ▸ Reminders. Select an existing reminder, or tap Add reminder to create a new reminder.

The following customization options are available:

  • Icon: Swipe left or right at the top of the screen to select the icon that appears on your notification.
  • Remind me about...: Enter the notification name or text.
  • Repeat reminder: Specify how regularly the reminder repeats. If you want to configure a one-time reminder that does not repeat, ensure Does not repeat is selected. Configure additional settings to define exactly when the notification appears and how long it remains active.
  • Priority: Specify notification size. Select Low priority to show the notification in the notification bar at the top of your device screen, Medium priority to show the notification as a pop-up, or High priority to show the notification in full screen.
  • Sound: Select your preferred notification tone or create a silent notification via your device Settings.
  • Vibrate: Tap this option, then tap Open to turn vibration on or off via your device Settings.

Tap Save in the top-right corner to save your customized reminder settings.

To change the preset time options for when a postponed reminder reappears, go to More (three lines) ▸ SettingsReminders, then tap a Preset time and select a listed option.

How can I delete a Reminder?

  1. Go to More (three lines) ▸ Reminders.
  2. Swipe left on a reminder panel until it disappears.

Features and Usage

How do I set a Timer?

  1. Tap Timer on the bottom of the main app screen.
  2. Tap the + plus icon in the bottom-right corner.
  3. Enter your chosen timer duration, or select a preset timer duration.
    To edit the preset durations that appear when you set a timer, tap Settings (the gear icon) in the top-right corner of the number pad, then scroll to Preset times.
  4. Tap Start timer.

You can perform the following actions while a timer is counting:

  • Add time: Tap +1:00 to add one minute to the timer duration.
  • Pause: Tap the pause icon next to a timer.
  • Restart: Tap the pause icon, tap the refresh icon that appears, then tap the play icon.
  • Fullscreen: Tap Options (three dots) next to a timer to view the remaining time in full screen.
  • Rename: Tap Options (three dots) next to a timer, then select Rename.
  • Duplicate: Tap Options (three dots) next to a timer, then select Duplicate.
  • Add additional timers: Tap the + plus icon in the bottom-right corner to create another timer.

How can I remove a Timer?

  1. Tap Timer on the bottom of the main app screen.
  2. If the timer you want to delete is running, tap the pause icon.
  3. Swipe left on a timer panel until the timer disappears.

If you delete a timer by mistake, retrieve it by tapping the Undo button that briefly appears at the bottom of the screen.

How do I use Stopwatch?

  1. Tap Stopwatch on the bottom of the main app screen.
  2. Tap the play icon at the bottom of the screen to start counting.

The following options are available while Stopwatch is running:

  • Tap Lap to record segments of time while the stopwatch is running.
  • Tap the pause icon at the bottom of the screen to stop timing.
  • Tap Reset to return the timer to zero, erasing the recorded time and lap information.

Can I share my Stopwatch results?

Yes. You can share your results directly after you use the Stopwatch feature:

  1. If Stopwatch is still running, tap the pause icon.
  2. Tap Share in the bottom-right corner.
  3. Select the email or messaging application that you want to use to share your results.
  4. Complete the necessary steps within the selected app to share your results.

What is Bedtime?

The Bedtime feature allows you to set bedtime reminders to maintain a healthy sleep routine. To enable Bedtime:

  1. Go to More (three lines) ▸ Bedtime.
  2. Next to Bedtime, tap the white (OFF) slider so that it changes to blue (ON).
  3. Tap the Alert tile, then adjust the following settings to your preferences:
    • Time before bedtime: Set the amount of time before your bedtime to receive the alert.
    • Alert priority: Specify notification size. Select Low priority to show the notification in the notification bar at the top of your device screen, Medium priority to show the notification as a pop-up, or High priority to show the notification in full screen.
    • Sound: Select your preferred notification tone or create a silent notification via your device Settings.
    • Vibrate: Tap this option, then tap Open to enable or disable vibration via your device Settings.
  4. Tap the Bedtime tile, then set your desired bedtime for each day of the week.

What is My Day?

My Day Dashboard appears by default each time you dismiss an alarm. You can also access your My Day Dashboard anytime via My Day at the bottom of the main app screen.

My Day Dashboard is an organizational tool that displays the following information by default:

  • The next scheduled alarm.
  • Your local daily weather forecast.
  • All events scheduled for the day. The first time you use My Day, tap Sync my calendar to sync Alarm Clock Xtreme with any calendars that are connected to your device.

You can also conveniently play music from My Day Dashboard. Tap Play some music to specify which music you can access via My Day Dashboard. Select a specific song, artist, playlist, online radio station, or launch an app (for example, Spotify).

What is Night Clock?

If you wake up during the night, Night Clock allows you to see the time immediately without needing to pick up or unlock your device. To preview the Night Clock screen, go to More (three lines) ▸ Night Clock.

Via Night Clock settings, you can ensure Night Clock appears automatically before you fall asleep.

Can I control Alarm Clock Xtreme using my voice?

Yes. Alarm Clock Xtreme allows you to use voice commands via the 'Hey Google' feature available on most Android devices. For detailed instructions on how to start using voice commands with Alarm Clock Xtreme, refer to the following article:

Do I need to keep my device charging while I use Alarm Clock Xtreme?

We recommend you keep your device charging throughout the night if you have an alarm set for the morning, as your alarm may not work if your device has switched off due to insufficient battery.

Settings

Can I keep my Alarm Clock Xtreme settings if I change or restore my device?

On Android 6.0 and later, Alarm Clock Xtreme is linked to your Google Account. This means that if you change to a new device or reset your current device, the app retains your configured alarms and other settings as long as you are signed in to the same Google Account. Automatic backup is not currently possible on Android 5.0 and earlier.

For space reasons, automatic backup cannot restore custom MP3s you apply as alarm sounds.

What is Vacation mode?

When Vacation mode is enabled, all alarms are deactivated for a set time period. To enable Vacation mode:

  1. Go to More (three lines) ▸ Vacation mode.
  2. Tap the slider next to Vacation Mode so that it changes from white (OFF) to blue (ON).
  3. Tap Confirm.
  4. Adjust the Start date and Finish date. By default, Vacation mode is set for 1 week.

Alarms automatically re-activate on your specified Finish date. You can cancel Vacation mode or change the Finish date anytime by tapping Adjust on the main app screen.

What are Alarm templates?

Alarm templates allow you to adjust the settings that appear by default each time you create a new Alarm. To access and edit your Alarm templates:

  1. Go to More (three lines) ▸ Settings.
  2. Tap AlarmAlarm templates.
  3. Configure your default Alarm settings.

Changes to the Alarm templates do not affect your existing Alarms.

You can instantly apply the settings for your existing Alarms as your Alarm templates. Tap an existing alarm on the main app screen, select Options (three dots) ▸ Set as template.

Can I customize my Timers?

Yes. To access Timer settings:

  1. Go to More (three lines) ▸ Settings.
  2. Tap Timer.
  3. Adjust the following Timer options according to your preferences:
    • Sound: Select the sound type that is triggered when a timer completes, then set the volume. Options include Ringtone, Music (from device library), Online Radio, and None (silent).
    • Timer volume: Adjust the sound level by using the slider to increase or decrease the volume.
    • Prioritize alarm volume (enabled by default): Ensures that a timer sounds at the volume specified in your Alarm Clock Xtreme settings, regardless of your current device volume.
    • Allow mid-alarm volume changes (enabled by default): Allows volume changes while the alarms go off.
    • Gradually increase volume: By default, timer volume increases after sounding for 1 minute. Tap this panel and select Disabled if you do not want the volume to increase. Alternatively, tap Set up to specify an alternative time period.
    • Vibrate: Specify how intensely your device vibrates when a timer completes. You can disable vibration for timers by selecting None.
    • Keep my screen on (enabled by default): This setting keeps your device screen active while a timer is running.
    • Preset times: Customize the 3 preset time options that appear at the bottom of the number pad each time you create a new timer.

Your adjusted settings apply by default to all subsequent timers.

Can I use different buttons to control a Stopwatch?

Yes. You can configure Stopwatch settings to allow you to use your volume control buttons to start and pause a stopwatch or record Lap times. This is useful if you use the Stopwatch feature while exercising. To adjust your Stopwatch settings:

  1. Go to More (three lines) ▸ Settings.
  2. Select Stopwatch.
  3. Tap the white (OFF) slider next to Volume control so that it changes to blue (ON).

Can I customize the information I see after dismissing an alarm?

Yes. You can specify what information appears on your My Day Dashboard or stop My Day Dashboard from appearing each time you dismiss an alarm.

  1. Go to More (three lines) ▸ Settings.
  2. Tap My Day Dashboard.
  3. The following options are available:
    • Automatically dismiss after alarm (disabled by default): Enable if you want My Day Dashboard to appear only briefly after an Alarm occurs.
    • Automatically dismiss after quick alarm (disabled by default): Enable if you want My Day Dashboard to appear only briefly after a Quick Alarm occurs.
    • My calendar events (enabled by default): Disable if you do not want to see calendar events on your My Day Dashboard.
    • Weather forecast (enabled by default): Disable if you do not want to see a local daily weather forecast on your My Day Dashboard.

Can I configure Night Clock to appear automatically?

Yes. To configure your Night Clock settings:

  1. Go to More (three lines) ▸ Settings.
  2. Tap Night Clock.
  3. Tap Automatic mode and select your preferred option:
    • Off (selected by default): Night Clock does not appear unless you manually open it via More (three lines) ▸ Night Clock.
    • Relative to alarm: Night Clock appears a specified amount of time before your next scheduled alarm if all the conditions in your defined settings are met. Tap Time until next alarm to define exactly when Night Clock appears before the alarm goes off.
    • Time range: Night Clock appears during a specified time period. Define your chosen time period by tapping Active from and Active till.
  4. If you configured Night Clock to appear automatically, you can customize the additional settings below:
    • My device should be charging (enabled by default): Night Clock only appears when your device is charging. This is the recommended setting, as Night Clock can drain your battery.
    • Battery protection (enabled by default): Shuts off Night Clock if your device is not charging and the battery gets too low.
    • Show battery percentage (enabled by default): Shows your battery percentage on the screen while Night Clock is turned on.
  5. Tap the back arrow to save your preferences and return to the main Settings screen.

Night Clock now appears automatically according to your preferences.

Night Clock only appears if your device has been inactive for 30 minutes or more and the defined conditions in the settings are met. If you are using your device when Night Clock is scheduled to appear, Night Clock is automatically delayed.

Can I configure Alarm Clock Xtreme to use a 12-hour time format?

Yes. To use a 12-hour time format rather than a 24-hour time format:

  1. Go to More (three lines) ▸ Settings.
  2. Tap General.
  3. Tap the slider next to Use 24-hour format so that it changes from blue (ON) to white (OFF).

All alarms and reminders are now displayed using 12-hour time format. For example, 15:00 is displayed as 3:00pm.

How can I customize the notifications I receive from Alarm Clock Xtreme?

  1. Go to More (three lines) ▸ Settings.
  2. Tap Notifications.
  3. To disable a notification type, tap the blue (ON) slider so that it changes to white (OFF).
Sticky notification refers to an Android notification that you can only remove by interacting with the related app. You cannot remove a sticky notification by swiping it. For example, an Alarm Clock Xtreme notification showing a running stopwatch is removed when the stopwatch is reset within the app.

Premium Items

What is the Premium screen?

The latest version of Alarm Clock Xtreme includes the Premium screen, allowing you to purchase only the paid features you want. This saves you money and allows you to enhance the app to meet your needs. To access the Premium screen and learn more about the premium items you can purchase, tap the crown icon in the top-right corner of the main app screen.

You can purchase any item on the Premium screen for a one-time payment. Once you have purchased an item, you can continue to access it without further payments for as long as you use the Alarm Clock Xtreme app.

What Premium items are available?

The following premium items are currently available:

  • Get all: Purchase all premium items currently available on the Premium screen.
  • No more ads: Remove all third-party ads from Alarm Clock Xtreme.
  • Themes: By default, you are limited to the Mountain theme. With this item, you additionally gain access to the Desert, City, and Jungle themes.
  • Unlimited reminders: By default, you are limited to 3 active Reminders. With this item, you can have an unlimited number of active reminders.
  • Scan codes task: Configure alarms you can only dismiss by scanning a QR or barcode.

Can I try a premium item before I purchase it?

Yes. Free-trial versions are available for the following premium items:

  • Themes: Go to More (three lines) ▸ Themes. Tap a theme, then select Free trial to access it for a limited time period.
  • QR Code tasks: When creating a new Alarm, tap DismissTaskScan codes. Select a code to use for your Dismiss task, then Save the alarm. Tap Free trial to use this task for a limited time period.

How can I remove third-party ads from Alarm Clock Xtreme?

No more ads is one of the premium items available for purchase via the Premium screen. To remove third-party ads from Alarm Clock Xtreme:

  1. Tap the crown icon in the top-right corner of the main app screen.
  2. Tap the No more ads tile to purchase this item only. Alternatively, tap the Get all tile to purchase all premium items simultaneously.
  3. Tap the Buy button and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the transaction.

Alarm Clock Xtreme no longer displays third-party ads.

Can I still use my premium items if I change or restore my device?

Yes. Premium items are valid on all devices with Alarm Clock Xtreme installed that are connected to your Google Account.

To restore a purchased item:

  1. Ensure you are signed in to the Google Play Store with the Google Account you used to purchase your premium item(s).
  2. Open Alarm Clock Xtreme and tap the crown icon in the top-right corner.
  3. Tap Options (three dots) ▸ Restore purchase in the top-right corner.

Troubleshooting

How can I uninstall Alarm Clock Xtreme?

  1. On the Home screen of your device, tap the Google Play Store icon to open the store.
  2. Search for Alarm Clock Xtreme.
  3. Open the Alarm Clock Xtreme product page, then tap UninstallUninstall.

Alternatively, tap and hold the Alarm Clock Xtreme icon on your device's Home screen, then select Uninstall.

Alarm Clock Xtreme is now uninstalled from your Android device.

Why did my scheduled alarm not work?

If a scheduled alarm does not go off at its designated time, Alarm Clock Xtreme may have been forced to stop by another app or system setting designed to preserve your device's memory or battery.

Why do I see ads in Alarm Clock Xtreme?

To support the ongoing development of Alarm Clock Xtreme, the app includes unobtrusive ads that do not interfere with app usage. No more ads is one of the premium items available for purchase via the Premium screen in Alarm Clock Xtreme. To remove third-party ads from Alarm Clock Xtreme:

  1. Tap the crown icon in the top-right corner of the main app screen.
  2. Tap the No more ads tile to purchase this item only. Alternatively, tap the Get all tile to purchase all premium items simultaneously.

How can I get help or report an issue to AVG Support?

We offer many self-help articles on AVG Support pages. However, some issues may require deeper investigation by AVG Support.

If you have the premium version of AVG Alarm Clock Xtreme, you can contact AVG Support. Our support agents will help you resolve your issues.

If requested by AVG Support, refer to the How do I send log reports to AVG Support? section below.


If you have the free version, open AVG Alarm Clock Xtreme and go to More (three lines) ▸ Help & support, then select an option below:

  • Recommendations: Provides Reliability tips to help you ensure that your device is not force-stopping Alarm Clock Xtreme. This is useful if a scheduled alarm does not go off or the app does not behave as expected.
  • App tips: Shows helpful tips that you may not have discovered yet.
  • Browse help: Search the AVG Alarm Clock Xtreme Support pages.

How do I send log reports to AVG Support?

AVG Support agents do not respond to emails sent to the inbox. To resolve an issue you may have with the paid version of AVG Alarm Clock Xtreme, you must first contact AVG Support. Send log reports only when requested to do so by an AVG Support agent.

If you have purchased at least one premium item from the Premium screen in Alarm Clock Xtreme, you can send log reports directly from the app, through your email provider. Providing AVG Support with your log reports allows them to better understand the technical issues you are experiencing.

To send log reports to AVG Support:

  1. Open AVG Alarm Clock Xtreme and go to More (three lines).
  2. Tap Help & supportSend logs.
  3. Select your preferred email application, such as Gmail or Outlook. If you have a ticket number from communicating with our support agents, include it in your email and send it.

The log reports are sent.

  • Alarm Clock Xtreme 24.x for Android
  • Google Android 9.0 (Pie, API 28) or later
