Initially, please clarify whether you've activated the AVG Secure Browser Pro subscription on your computer.
If not, please follow the steps in this article to activate it & then try connecting. If you've already activated & unable to connect through VPN, let us know what happens exactly while attempting to connect.
Do you receive any error message? If so, share us the screenshot of it for better clarity.
I apologize for the inconvenience caused. I would suggest you to reinstall the AVG Secure Browser and check. Before uninstalling the AVG Secure browser please make sure to save your passwords and bookmarks. To reinstall the AVG Secure Browser please follow the below instructions.
