Hi all i wonder if anyone can shed some light on my problem I use google chrome and have isearch.avg.com as my home page when I click to search for anything I normally have show  ratings on that page with all sites a green tick that is safe to go on there are three options all sites, risky and dangerous or none and you can put a tick in any of them I always had the all sites and got green ticks but yesterday i cleared all history in chrome and now it only has the risky and dangerous ticked it i try to tick all sites it wont let the tick stay there. If I use IE them it shows the green ticks I know it sounds stupid but I felt safe seeing the green ticks I have tried both laptops and pc and its happened on all after i cleared history even the laptop that has a full licence for AVG has anyone else had this problem before I cleared history all ticks were there. Sorry if this post sounds confusing lol . And thanks for any replies in advance

1. What ever happened to the extension in Chrome? Last year I had an AVG secure extension in chrome but now it is gone....

2. Did AVG ever fix the scanning error in the Windows 10 Mail app? I had a support ticket open for a long time with two data logs sent to AVG engineers because the mail app in Windows 10, when configured properly, would not allow AVG to scan e-mails... I haven't heard anything back since I sent my last data log a few months ago.

I have two problems with AVG that I cannot find cures for and would welcome any help.
Both problems are associated with AVG PC Tune Up. The first problem is the pop-up menu that appears when clicking on the toolbar icon, - the text is in German, how can I change it to English?

The second problem is the well known missing rtl120.bpl.

I was able to clear this problem with my AVG 2013 by using control Panel to locat the program and using the "change" option Any Ideasand selecting "repair".

When trying to use the same method to to fix AVC PC Tune Up "repair" is not ofered when "change" is selected.
Any ideas please.

I cannot find my licence or product key for my latest purchase .  I apologise for this.

Priscilla, AVG PC TuneUp does not display the Product Key. You can retrieve the Product Key using the License retrieval form (http://www.avg.com/lost).
