Hi My avg internet security says I am fully protected, but the hacker attack says I have to put on enhanced firewall. This does not work.. But going through settings components it says my enhanced firewall is on. I notice the last couple of days a lot of blocked items in the logs. Can you help please. Thanks Frans.

AVG UI Fails to load after updating to Windows 10 April update. I have restarted my computer and followed the troubleshooting steps it still fails. I have even reinstalled AVG and problem still happens...

Thanks for all the help, but the only solution to my problem was that I restarted my PC this morning and AVG SUDDENLY decided to work again... Thats weird, maybe a windows update fixed it?

AVG gives warning. The virus definitions have expired. I have tried to upload new definitions. The upgrade dated is correct but the warning remains. What to do?

I have just installed Secure VPN, but I am confused, it said 60 Free Trial, yet when I logged in today it said tree trial expires in 29 days? I thought it would not expire till June, but it's looking more like the 19th of May, so I am really confused by this, do I got a 60 day trial or just 39 days?

You have AVG Secure VPN (60 days trial), which will expire on 6/20/2018. Could you share a screenshot of the AVG Secure VPN user Interface to assist you further?

I purchased the entire AVG suite: Anti-virus, Tune-up, VPN and Driver Updater (for 2 PCs). I had no problem loading all 4 apps into my laptop, but how do I load the 4 into my desktop and how do I load the applicable apps into my Android phone?

I understand your concern, I'll certainly help you with this.
-AVG Driver Updater 2 computers (which can be installed on two Windows computer) here is the instruction to download/install/activate it.
-AVG Secure VPN 1 computer, which can be installed in one windows computer. However, here is the instruction to install it.
-AVG TuneUp - Unlimited, can be installed on multiple Windows computers and Android devices, here is the instruction to download/install/activate it on Windows computers.
-AVG Internet Security - Unlimited, can be installed on multiple Windows computers and Android devices, here is the instruction to download/install/activate it on Windows computers.
To install AVG Antivirus Pro and AVG Cleaner Pro on Android phones, please follow the below instruction:
1. Open Google play store app on your device. 
2. Search for AVG antivirus/cleaner. 
3. Locate and install the free version of the app. 
4. Now open the installed app. 
5. Tap on drawer (3 lines) on top-left of the app.
6. Select AVG Account. 
7. Enter your My Account email address and password.
The paid app will be installed automatically.
